Fred W. Bowen

Fred Bowen is a technical and management consultant to national and international high tech companies involved in civilian space and defense related technology and programs.  He retired from NASA as a member of the Senior Executive Service as head of the NASA Management Office for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and has received many NASA and JPL awards. He has been a member of the Aerospace Historical Society since its inception in 1985.
